1.1概述

為了進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)展的需要，本廠在生產(chǎn)阻尼彈簧減振器的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行了技術(shù)改進(jìn)，設(shè)計(jì)、制造ZD型阻尼彈簧復(fù)合減振器，對阻尼彈簧、橡膠減振墊組合使用，利用各自優(yōu)點(diǎn)，克服其缺點(diǎn)。具有復(fù)合隔振降噪，固有頻率低，隔振效果好，對隔離固體傳聲，尤其是對隔離高頻沖擊的固體傳聲更為*。是積極、消極隔振的理想產(chǎn)品。是本廠新一代的新穎實(shí)用產(chǎn)品。

該產(chǎn)品載荷范圍廣、工作壽命長，使用**可靠。ZD型阻尼彈簧復(fù)合減振器有三種安裝方式：ZD型上下座外表面裝有防滑橡膠墊，對于擾力小，重心低的設(shè)備可直接將ZD型減振器放置于設(shè)備減振臺座下，勿需固定：ZDⅠ型僅上座配有螺栓與設(shè)備固定。ZDⅡ型上、下座設(shè)有螺栓與地基螺栓孔，可上下固定。用戶可根據(jù)不同的需要和場合進(jìn)行選擇。

ZD型系列產(chǎn)品試用工作溫度為-40℃-110℃，正常工作載荷范圍內(nèi)固有頻率2Hz-5Hz，阻尼比0.0045-0.065。（減振彈簧經(jīng)150萬次疲勞試驗(yàn)無裂縫、無斷裂、達(dá)到和超過了國家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。

1.1Genernal

To adapt the needs of the develop of modernization of our country,our company makes technical improvements on damp spring absorber.It designs and manufactures ZD compact damp spring absorber. It uses damp spring and rubber absorb cushion combinatorially,making the use of each other's advantages and going through their disadvantages and going through their disadvantages of compact shock isolation and noise reduction,low connatural frequency,ａnd good shock isolation effects,especially for those of high frequency impulsion of solid soud transmission.It is an ideal product for both active and negative shock isolation means. And it is an originatively applied product of our company.

The product has an extensive range of load and long life-span, and is safe to use. There are three kinds of ways to install compact ZD damp spring absorber:ZD,whose that have lower seats has rubber skidproof cushion. You can install the ZD Ddirectly on the absorber seat of the facility for those that have lower flexible force and low bary-center. It needs no fastness. ZD1,which has bolts in its upper seat to be fastened with the facility. ZD2,which has bolts in the upper and lower seats to be fastened with the groundwork's bolt-holes. It can be fastened upside/downside. Customer can be -40℃-110℃ degrees centigrade. The connatural frequency range under normal operating load conditions should be from 2 Hz. The damp ratio should be from 0.045 to 0.065.(The spring absorber reaches to and beyond national stands under 1,500,000-fatigue examination. The results show that it has na crack and no rupture.)

1.4減振器載荷、變形與固有頻率

為便于用戶正確選擇和使用減振器，將ZD系列19種規(guī)格減振器載荷、靜變形及固有頻率關(guān)系繪成曲線圖，分別示于圖1-2至1-5中。當(dāng)某一規(guī)格減振器承受載荷確定后，便可從圖中方便地查出相應(yīng)靜變形及時對應(yīng)的固有頻率。
